Processing Time
Order processing can take up to 14 business days.

Once fulfilled, your order will ship using standard shipping services:

No International Shipping at this moment.

Shipping carriers do not ship/deliver on holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be temporarily delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Signature Requirement

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email that will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
