Due to the merchandise being custom-made, at this time we cannot offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately.
Please note we do our best to provide detailed product information throughout our shop.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, do get in touch with us at lbluxuryy@gmail.com within 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a engraving reprint. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
